  • not to misuse the platform for unsolicited marketing or spam
  • that we may review, approve, or remove content at our discretion

We reserve the right to remove users or content that does not meet platform standards.

4. Opportunities, Jobs & Collaboration

Users may post or respond to opportunities, including jobs, projects, or support requests. Eureka E Learning Ltd:

  • does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any opportunity
  • is not a party to agreements made between users
  • is not responsible for disputes between users

All users engage at their own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and systems related to the Eureka Product & Business Development System remain the property of Eureka E Learning Ltd. You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission
  • use our content for commercial purposes outside authorised use
  • create derivative or competing programmes based on our materials

6. Student and User Content

Users may upload or share content, including business ideas, profiles, and opportunities.

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a limited right to use content to operate and improve the platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we do not guarantee business success or outcomes
  • we are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform or programmes
  • we are not responsible for interactions between users

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:

  • update or modify the platform
  • suspend access for maintenance or improvements
